Prepare Matcha Powder
Add matcha powder to chawan and sift it first.

Heat The Water
Bring soft water to a boil. Cool to 80°C (176°F) for best taste. 

Whisk the Matcha:
Using a chasen and whisking in an 'M' pattern until foamy. 

Enjoy Your Matcha Drink
Gently mix the foam. You can add water, milk, or ice. Just enjoy it.
